Yes! You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have Premium features until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to the free plan.

Premium users can find their personal iCal link in their account settings. Copy this link and add it as a calendar subscription in Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app that supports iCal feeds.

Absolutely. All your data is encrypted and backed up daily. We never share your personal recipes or meal plans unless you explicitly create a public sharing link. You can export your data at any time.
